No, and it never will be. Funding is part of Intelligence, which is always $50 on top of an accounts bundle. It scores accounts, so with no accounts under it there is nothing to score.
What funding does it show?
Title I status and allocation, per-pupil finance, and the revenue split across federal, state, and local sources.
