Changelog

Everything that has shipped across ProxiSuite, newest first. One person, a mountain of public data, and an unreasonable number of late nights.

Pricing, said in one word

  • Every line now has exactly one deep-data add-on and it is called Intelligence. Clinical on Med, Outcomes and Funding on School, folded into a single thing you buy once instead of a menu you have to decode. Always $50, never sold on its own, because it scores accounts and has nothing to score without them.
  • The word "overlay" is gone from the product entirely. It was doing two jobs: the paid layer, and your own account list laid over the federal record. Two meanings, one word, on the same page. Your list is now called your account list, and Intelligence is Intelligence.
  • Pro is unchanged and still the same $50 across every line you own. Buy it once, it works everywhere.

The score learns to follow the money

  • ProxiScore picked up a sixteenth lens. Awards reads public USAspending records, so federal dollars already landing at an account show up as the warm signal they are.
  • Tying a hospital to a federal recipient record is its own special nightmare, so we pointed ProxiMatch at it. If the match is not confident the lens sits out instead of guessing. That happens more often than we would like and it is still the right call.
  • Free. The data is public, and charging you for public data felt rude.

The great cleanup

  • Went through every page with a fine-tooth comb and too much coffee. Fixed drifted copy, mislabeled buttons, and a few stray dots that had wandered into paragraphs they were not invited to.
  • ProxiSchool also stopped quietly quoting hospital data at education reps. We would rather not get into it. It is fixed.
  • Named all six matching algorithms out loud instead of five. The sixth one was doing the work the whole time. It just wanted its name in the credits.

Six federal datasets, one afternoon

  • Went data-source hunting and came back with six: surgical-center quality, psychiatric-facility quality, community health center outcomes, nursing-home five-star, college outcomes and funding, and K-12 per-pupil funding.
  • Every one scores an account with nothing to upload, and sits out quietly when the data is not there instead of inventing a number to look busy.

Health Centers joins the family

  • Health Centers (FQHCs) is now a full ProxiMed vertical on live HRSA data. That makes five verticals plus Systems.
  • We had "four verticals" hardcoded in about nine places, so adding a fifth was less "ship a feature" and more "find every place we said four and quietly apologize to it."

ProxiScore stops being a magic number

  • ProxiScore used to show up with no ID. Now there is a full explainer for every lens: what each measures, where the data comes from, and why one occasionally sits out.
  • Hover any score badge and it explains itself in plain English. The magic is still there. It just files paperwork now.

The fine print, done properly

  • New Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy, written for humans first and lawyers second.
  • Added honest data-source citations and disclaimers across the site. In the offline tools your data still never leaves your browser, and now that is in writing, which is the only kind of promise that counts.

Pricing that fits on a napkin

  • Reworked pricing into four plain pillars: Accounts, Overlays, Add-ons, and one Pro that ties it together.
  • Buy only the part you work. No suite required to reach the good stuff, no quote form, and no call with a rep who needs to understand your needs first.

Searches got about a hundred times faster

  • Federal data now syncs into a fast cache once a day, so a territory search that used to take about two minutes takes about one second.
  • Full honesty: the slow part was a government API that answers when it feels like it. We just stopped asking it the same question every single time. You are welcome. Mostly the government is welcome.

ProxiMatch learns to spell

  • Six-algorithm matching stack that can look at St. Mary’s, Saint Marys, and ST MARY MED CTR and correctly decide they are the same place.
  • Match, Verify, and Forge in one engine, five confidence tiers, and a golden-record merge that collapses your duplicates into one clean row.
  • Upload the whole file and see your first 500 matches free. The match rate does the closing.

ProxiField goes live

  • Hosted ProxiField subscriptions launched: the five field tools online with live maps, drive-time rings, and charts.
  • Checkout to account access confirmed working end to end, which means the robots are now provisioning the robots. We have decided to find that reassuring.
June 2026 · New

ProxiSchool shows up

  • A whole education line on live federal data: K-12 schools from the NCES Common Core of Data, colleges from IPEDS, the districts that run them, and Outcomes and Funding scoring lenses on top.
  • Same proximity engine, pointed at classrooms instead of hospitals.

ProxiMed enters early access

  • Healthcare territory on live federal data, built for the one rep working the patch, with account modules and a contract overlay that colors your whole territory in: open, contracted, and competitor-locked.
  • Now you can see who already owns an account before you drive to it.
June 2026 · New

ProxiMap draws the lines

  • A national territory map down to the ZIP, off your own book or an upload. Draw by hand or by area, balance on bed count or account count, and export a plan you can actually hand to a rep.
  • Everything the heavy mapping platforms do, minus the part where you need a procurement cycle to buy it.
June 2026 · Redesign

Site v5

  • Per-product color themes, rebuilt product cards and hub pages, a bigger FAQ, and a cleaner path into the gated tools.
  • This is the version where the site stopped looking like a spreadsheet wearing a suit.
June 2026 · Change

ProxiField goes all-HTML

  • Consolidated the offline tools into self-contained HTML files you download and own. No login, no subscription, and no internet needed once they are on your machine.
  • Retired the old spreadsheet versions, which served honorably and were ready to rest.
