ProxiMed

Every hospital, doc, and system in your patch. Pulled straight from federal data, mapped by proximity.

Healthcare accounts on live federal data, painted with your own contract status. Your whole territory in one place.

The modules. One territory.

Join the list for founder pricing and first access the day it launches.

The workflow

How you actually work a territory.

You get handed a region, a legacy account list, and a spreadsheet. Then you spend nights balancing it by hand, because if the territory is off, you leave real money on the table. Here is that whole job, start to finish, and where ProxiMed takes the manual part off your plate.

1

Pull every account, not just the ones you happen to know.

Start with the whole board. The account modules put every hospital, provider, post-acute site, and pharmacy in your region on the map, straight from live federal data. No stale CRM export, no accounts you forgot existed. You buy only the modules you sell into, so a post-acute rep is not paying for pharmacies.

2

See who owns what, and where you already stand.

A facility is never just a facility. Systems builds the ownership tree, so you see which sites roll up to which health system, the way purchasing actually works. Then you drop your own contract status on top: open, contracted, locked out. It resolves your messy list to the federal record once and carries that status across every module.

3

Score what matters, not just what is close.

Not every account is worth the same drive. Layer on Intelligence and every account gets scored on what actually predicts opportunity: bed count, star ratings, and the clinical and payment signal that separates a real target from a name on a list. Your book sorts itself into who to see every two weeks, once a month, and once a quarter.

4

Draw balanced territories by opportunity, not by counting.

This is the part you do by hand at midnight. Territories balances patches by bed count and drive-time, not by raw account count, so no rep gets a patch that is unwinnable from day one. Move an account, watch it rebalance. It is the bed-count-and-distance math you already do, done in the tool instead of a spreadsheet.

5

Hand up a report your manager actually reads.

Pro ties it together. ProxiCenter, your daily working list, turns your accounts, scores, and territories into the report and dashboard leadership wants, across every module you own. One Pro for the whole suite, so a single report can pull Med accounts and Field territories side by side.

ProxiCenter dashboard

That is ProxiMed. The same territory work you already do, minus the nights hand-balancing a spreadsheet, on data you do not have to buy from an enterprise vendor at enterprise prices.

Pricing

Pay for the modules you work, nothing you don't.

ProxiMed is a la carte. Buy only the account modules you sell into, add Intelligence when you want the deep clinical layer, then add Pro to tie everything into one reportable account world. ProxiMed is in beta, so founder pricing locks at launch for everyone on the notify list.

Two add-ons, $50 each, and they stack on anything. Intelligence is the deep clinical layer and needs accounts under it. Pro is the report layer and unlocks with any purchase at all. So one account type is $49, with Intelligence $99, with both $149. All six types is $149, with Intelligence $199, with both $249.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is the federal data free?

The free tier runs on free federal data. You pay the moment it gets personal or portable, when you import, save, or export.

What about assisted living?

Assisted living is included in the Post-Acute module through NPPES taxonomy. There is no single federal roster for assisted living, so coverage is taxonomy-based rather than exhaustive, and the tool tells you so when you pull it.

How do I get contract status?

The Systems module resolves your account list through ProxiMatch and joins your status across every module.
