Where does the data come from?
HRSA, live. The health center program for the sites, and HPSA designations for the shortage score.
What is the shortage score?
HRSA scores designated shortage areas on how underserved they are, and a higher score means more need. We show the primary care score for the county the site sits in, exactly as HRSA reports it.
Is this the same as Providers?
No. Providers is NPPES, every individual and group in range. Health Centers is the HRSA program: the sites themselves, with shortage on top.
Do I need an API key?
No.
