Do I have to buy a line first?
Yes, and it can be the cheapest one. Any purchase unlocks Pro, including the $9 Distance Engine. There is no Pro-only account.

Pro is always $50, on every line and inside every bundle. It unlocks the moment you buy anything at all, even the cheapest $9 Engine. What it does not do is sell on its own, because there is nothing to build a report about until you own some accounts.

The Dashboard Creator. Your own view of your own book, built from the same data the tools run on, so the number on the dashboard and the number in the tool are the same number. This is not the rep home screen. This is the one you make.

Two-way CRM sync and the API. ProxiScore, contract status, GPO, competitor lock and territory land on the matching company record in HubSpot, and changes come back. ProxiMatch does the record matching underneath, so a messy CRM does not have to be cleaned by hand first.

Territory mapping is $49 a month as ProxiMap on its own. If you own a line, Pro includes it for $50, which is why Pro is usually the cheaper way to get there. Draw, balance, lock, and scope your reps to their own book.
Where the tools actually live
Pro is not a separate product with its own login. It switches on inside the workspace you already use, so the Report Builder and the Dashboard Creator appear as tabs on the line you bought. Sign in and they are there.
The API key screen lives in Settings. That is the one piece people miss, so it is worth saying out loud.

Is it $50 per line?
No. Pro is one thing across everything you own. Buy it on Field and it works on Med too.
Should I buy ProxiMap or Pro?
If you own a line, Pro at $50 includes Territories and adds the report, dashboard and sync layers, so it beats ProxiMap at $49 on value. If you own no line, ProxiMap standalone is the only one of the two you can buy.
What about Intelligence?
Different add-on, same $50. Intelligence goes underneath your accounts and scores them. Pro sits on top and gets the answer out. They stack, and neither replaces the other. See Pricing.
