Two add-ons. Everything else is just accounts.
No suite requirement to unlock the good stuff, and one Pro works across everything you own. Full tables below.
Two rules and you can read the whole page
Intelligence is always $50, and it is never sold on its own. It scores accounts, so it needs your accounts underneath it.
Pro is always $50, and it unlocks the moment you buy anything at all, even one $9 Engine.
Not sure which line you are? Answer three questions and skip the table.
Healthcare accounts on live federal data.
Six account types: Providers, Acute, Post-Acute, Health Centers, Pharmacy, Systems. Buy one, or buy all six. Then stack the two add-ons if you want them.
| What you buy | Price | Account types | Intelligence | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One account typePick the one world you sell into | $49/mo | 1 of 6 | no | no |
| One type, plus IntelligenceClinical quality on that one type | $99/mo | 1 of 6 | yes | no |
| One type, everythingThe full stack on a single vertical | $149/mo | 1 of 6 | yes | yes |
| Every account typeThe whole healthcare territory | $149/mo | all 6 | no | no |
| Every type, plus IntelligenceClinical quality across all of it | $199/mo | all 6 | yes | no |
| ProxiMed CompleteEverything, nothing left to buy | $249/mo | all 6 | yes | yes |
Yes, one type with both add-ons and all six types with neither both land on $149. That is the arithmetic, not a typo: every add-on is $50, so the ladder collides in the middle. Buy whichever $149 is the one you actually want.
Education accounts, one bundle.
Schools, Colleges, and Districts sell together as one bundle. No solo buys on this line, which is why it costs less than Med.
| What you buy | Price | Account types | Intelligence | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The accounts bundleSchools, Colleges, Districts | $49/mo | all 3 | no | no |
| Accounts, plus IntelligenceOutcomes and Funding signal | $99/mo | all 3 | yes | no |
| ProxiSchool CompleteEverything, nothing left to buy | $149/mo | all 3 | yes | yes |
Same shape as Med, cheaper, because the accounts are one flat bundle instead of six things you pick from.
Your own list, priced by the piece.
Field runs on a list you upload, so it is the one line you can buy a single tool from. It is also the only line with no Intelligence, and that is on purpose.
| What you buy | Price | What is in it | Intelligence | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EngineThe cheapest door into the suite | $9/mo | Distance engine, import your own list | none | no |
| Any one toolBuy just the one you use | $19/mo each | Segmentation, Prioritization, Territories, or Analyzer | none | no |
| ProxiField SuiteCheaper than three tools singly | $49/mo | Engine plus all four tools | none | no |
| Suite, plus ProEverything Field has | $99/mo | Engine, all four tools, report layer | none | yes |
There is no Field Intelligence and there never will be. Intelligence is federal data scoring your accounts, and Field runs on a list you brought yourself. There is nothing underneath it to sell you. The offline suite stays free, forever, no login.
The two add-ons, and the two standalones.
Add-ons stack on a line you own. Standalones run on their own and never attach to a line.
| Product | Price | What it needs first | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| IntelligenceAdd-on | +$50/mo | An accounts bundle. Never sold alone. | Clinical quality on Med. Outcomes and Funding on School. All of it feeds one ProxiScore. |
| ProAdd-on | +$50/mo | Any purchase at all, even the $9 Engine. | Report builder, dashboard creator, API, two-way CRM sync, and Territories included. |
| ProxiMatchStandalone | $49/mo | Nothing. Runs on any list you have. | Messy lists in. Clean records out. Saved reports come back inside Med and Field. |
| ProxiMapStandalone, or free inside Pro | $49/mo | Nothing. Runs on your own upload. | Draw and balance a national territory down to the ZIP. Own a line already? Pro includes it, so buy Pro instead. |
ProxiMatch also runs quietly all through the suite wherever records get resolved, badged "Powered by ProxiMatch." You do not have to buy it to get that.
One manager, a shared map, locked territories.
The manager owns and locks the plan, and every rep is scoped to their own territory. A wide-open search returns their accounts only, never the rest of the crew's book. Every seat gets the full package for that line. No per-seat discount, because every seat gets the whole thing.
| Line | Three seats | Each seat after | What every seat gets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team ProxiField | $299/mo | $99 | Suite and Pro |
| Team ProxiSchool | $449/mo | $149 | ProxiSchool Complete |
| Team ProxiMed | $749/mo | $249 | ProxiMed Complete |
Three seats is a billing floor, not a wall. Two reps can absolutely buy Team, they just pay for three. Everything on top is the flat per-seat rate, plus the shared map, the territory lock, and manager rollup. True enterprise, custom data connections and deep interconnectivity, comes later.
The questions everybody asks.
Do I have to buy a suite?
No. One account type on Med is $49 and that is a real product, not a trial. Field starts at $9. Nothing forces you up the ladder.
Why can't I just buy Intelligence?
Because it would do nothing. Intelligence scores accounts. With no accounts under it there is no list to score and you would be paying $50 for an empty screen.
Can I switch account types?
You add types, you do not swap. Buy Acute and you have Acute. Post-Acute is a separate add, so nobody buys one type and prints another.
Do I need Pro to use ProxiMap?
No. Buy ProxiMap at $49 and build maps on your own upload. But if you already own a line, Pro is $50 and includes Territories, so Pro is the better buy.
Is one Pro enough for everything?
Yes. One Pro, one $50, and it reports across every line you own. It is not one Pro per line.
Why does everything end in 9?
Because it does. The only two prices that don't are Intelligence and Pro at $50 each, and they are $50 so the bundles land on a 9 when you stack them.
Proximity is the point. Get closer to every account.
