No. One healthcare account type is $49 a month and that is a real product, not a trial. ProxiField starts at $9. Nothing forces you up the ladder, and you can add lines later without redoing anything.

You buy accounts. Then there are exactly two add-ons: Intelligence at $50 a month for the deep federal scoring layer, and Pro at $50 a month for the report layer. That is the whole model. The pricing page has every number.

Six account types: Providers, Acute, Post-Acute, Health Centers, Pharmacy, and Systems. One account type is $49 a month. All six is $149. Add Intelligence or Pro for $50 each, and ProxiMed Complete, which is everything, is $249. Check the pricing page before you buy, it is the only place these numbers are maintained.

Schools, Colleges and Districts sell together as one bundle for $49 a month. There are no solo account-type buys on this line, which is why it costs less than ProxiMed. Add Intelligence for the Outcomes and Funding signal and you are at $99, and ProxiSchool Complete, which is everything, is $149.

It is priced by the piece, because it runs on a list you upload. The Engine is $9 a month, any single tool is $19, the full ProxiField Suite is $49, and the Suite with Pro is $99. There is no Intelligence on this line and there never will be, because Intelligence is federal data scoring your accounts and ProxiField runs on accounts you brought yourself.

Because it would do nothing. Intelligence scores accounts. With no accounts underneath it there is no list to score, and you would be paying $50 a month for an empty screen.

Yes. One Pro, one $50, and it reports across every line you own. It is not one Pro per line. It also unlocks the moment you buy anything at all, even the $9 Engine.

Both. Annual is priced at ten months, so two months are effectively free. There is no quarterly option.

Yes, with a three-seat billing floor. Team ProxiField is $299 a month for three seats, Team ProxiSchool is $449, and Team ProxiMed is $749. Every seat gets the full package for that line, plus a shared map, locked territories and manager rollup. Three seats is a billing floor and not a wall: two reps can buy Team, they just pay for three.

Yes, on every line. Your dashboard includes a free tier of each one, so you can work real federal data before you pay anything. The ProxiField Offline Suite is separate and stays free forever with no login at all.

No. Once the file is on your device it runs fully offline. The ZIP database is embedded in the file itself, all 57,754 US ZIP code records, so distance math runs locally with nothing to fetch.

Same proximity engine, hosted and visual. Hosted ProxiField adds an interactive map, drive-time rings, live charts, saved work, and everything else that needs a server. It runs behind a login so you can reach it from anywhere. The offline suite stays free either way.

Yes. Any single tool is $19 a month. If you use three or more, the $49 Suite is cheaper than buying them one at a time.

Partly. ProxiMatch runs quietly all through the suite wherever records get resolved, badged "Powered by ProxiMatch," and you do not have to buy it to get that. The standalone subscription is for when you want to run it on your own files.

Every subscription runs through Gumroad, monthly or annual. There are no one-time purchases anywhere in the suite: the only thing you download and keep is the Offline Suite, and that is free.

Access lands on the email you pay with. Use the same email for your ProxiSuite account, or email support@proxisuite.com and we will line them up.

Access activates automatically on the account tied to the email you paid with. You will get an email to set your password, then you sign in at the site.

Cancel any time from your Gumroad receipt or library. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then it ends. No notice period, no cancellation call, no annual lock-in unless you chose annual billing.

Two different numbers, because they are two different things and they are four times apart. Publishing one and hiding the other would be the dishonest version.

Your saved account book: about 6,000 accounts on a clean file, and closer to 1,800 on a wide CRM export. The book is what persists, so this is the number that matters most. The spread is real and it is about columns, not rows. We pass your own columns through untouched rather than throwing away the fields you care about, so a file with twenty extra columns per account costs roughly three times as much room per account as a clean one. If you hit the ceiling, cutting spare columns from your export buys back far more room than cutting accounts. The app tells you your actual numbers when it happens rather than a flat error.

A ProxiMap territory plan: about 26,000 accounts, dropping to roughly 16,000 once you have claimed geography across the whole country. Accounts and claimed areas share one budget in your browser, so the more of the map you own, the fewer accounts fit beside it.

For context, the tools people usually compare us to publish caps of 250 on a free tier, 2,000 on a common paid tier, and 10,000 on enterprise.

It tells you. That is the whole answer, and it is deliberate: work you lose without knowing is worse than work you cannot do. You get the count, the size, and which lever helps, and nothing reports success on a save that did not happen.

Twenty thousand accounts import and place in well under a second, and drawing them takes about a second. Accounts that share a postal code sit on the same point, so they are clustered, and clicking a cluster fans them out to keep every account individually reachable. You can switch clustering off if you would rather see raw dots.

FDA for device clearances, recalls and registered manufacturers. The Urban Institute Education Data API, IPEDS and College Scorecard for schools and colleges. Census ACS and CDC PLACES for the population underneath. Every figure carries the dataset it came from and the date it was pulled, and there is a full list on our Data Sources page.

The lens sits out. Nothing is estimated, nothing is filled in, and an unknown value is shown as unknown rather than as a zero or a no. A missing figure means the agency did not publish it, not that the answer is bad.

The offline tools never send your data anywhere. Hosted tools process what they need to render your view, and the design goal across the suite is to keep your account data yours.

Yes. ProxiSuite is a progressive web app, so you can add it to your phone home screen or your desktop and open it like any other app, straight to your dashboard and your workspaces. On iPhone or iPad, tap Share then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Install app from the browser menu. On desktop Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar.

Installed, it opens focused on your dashboard and your purchased workspaces, without the marketing header in the way, so it feels like an app for your subscriptions rather than a website. It also keeps a light offline shell, so a dropped connection is less disruptive.
