Changelog

Everything that has shipped across ProxiSuite, newest first. One person, a mountain of public data, and an unreasonable number of late nights.

Every product wears its mark

  • The four product marks moved into the header, the browser tab and the home-screen icon. Each product link in the row under the hero carries its own mark too.
  • Product heroes lost their screenshots and got thinner. Words, mark and buttons share one left edge on a laptop and on a phone.
  • A ProxiSuite link pasted into a chat or an email now previews as the Suite mark on navy.

Fewer pages, each one finished

  • Nine product sub-pages folded into the product pages they belonged to, and three more retired. Old links still land on the right page.
  • Intelligence stopped being its own page. It lives on every account as a button now, which is where you were going to look for it anyway.
  • Create account is off the site until launch. Sign-in works as before, tells you the actual reason when it says no, and Forgot password ends with a password you set.
  • The page you land on when a tool is outside your plan shows the products and prices from the Pricing page, and sells nothing before launch.

The tools do what their names say

  • Territory Analyzer scores your territories and rings the dead zones on the map.
  • Distance Engine bands use the cutoffs you set.
  • Account pages, the workspace board, Morning Minute and the system page each got a Download AI prompt button. It writes what is already on screen into one file you can hand to your own AI.

Your work stays where you left it

  • ProxiMap keeps a copy before it replaces anything you built, and saved maps follow you from one device to the next.
  • Contracts imports a large saved account book in full, or says plainly that it did not.
  • Day Planner keeps the stops you add from elsewhere and shows the street for each one.
  • ProxiField stopped filling in Size and Status when your list left them blank. A blank is a blank.
  • The ProxiField Offline download has no email wall. You can ask to hear about launch after you have the file.

Four products, one price list

  • ProxiField, ProxiMap and ProxiMatch are $49 a month each. ProxiMed is $249 a month for your first account type, with ProxiMap and Intelligence included, and $50 a month for each type after that.
  • Team ProxiField is $199 a month and Team ProxiMed is $749 a month, each for three reps. Annual is ten months, on everything.
  • Each product is the whole product. Nothing above it, nothing below it, and nothing to bolt on.
  • These are the prices. The buttons open at launch.

Work first, pay to keep it

  • ProxiMatch shows every match on your own lists, right in your browser. Exporting, saving and big jobs on our server take a plan.
  • ProxiField opens all four tools on your own list, as often as you like. Exporting is the part you pay for.
  • ProxiField settled at four tools: Distance Engine, Segmentation, Prioritization and Territory Analyzer. Drawing territories moved to ProxiMap, where it belonged.
September 2026 · Redesign

The site, rebuilt from the top

  • New brand colors and one permanent header on every page. On a phone, all four product names now fit across the top.
  • The homepage and the ProxiMatch page were rebuilt from approved designs, and every public page runs edge to edge.
  • Retired: ProxiSchool, the old dashboard, the public Accounts page and a handful of dead pages.
September 2026 · New

The Proximity Report, and a list for launch day

  • The Proximity Report got its own public page, then a broadsheet layout with its own typefaces.
  • Get notified at launch opens a short sign-up for the launch list. When the doors open, you hear about it.
September 2026 · Update

The account page grows up

  • The account page went full width, with its tabs in place, one score, and Intelligence folded in.
  • It shows the financials, what changed about a facility, and who practices there, and says so when a piece will not load.
  • Providers and Pharmacy picked up shortage scores.
  • ProxiMed search and exports match what the table shows.

Imports that tell you why

  • ProxiField’s importers say why a row was turned away. A blank account name stopped being reported as a bad ZIP.
  • The ZIP comes from your ZIP column, and a missing one stays missing.
  • ProxiMap treats a territory column in your file as an instruction.
  • Score my accounts completes its round trip.
August 2026 · Update

When something fails, it says so

  • Big contract books load in full. A long one used to stop partway without a word.
  • A contract book that fails to load says it failed. It used to look like an empty book, which is a worse kind of wrong.
  • A new plan shows up without signing out and back in.
August 16, 2026 · New

A feedback button with two tabs

  • The Feedback button opens on two tabs, Bug and Feedback. Bug is the default, because a broken thing is more urgent than a note.

Pricing, said in one word

  • Every line got exactly one deep-data add-on, called Intelligence. Clinical on Med, folded into a single thing you bought once instead of a menu you had to decode. It was $50 and only came with accounts, because it scored accounts and had nothing to score without them.
  • The word "overlay" left the product entirely. It had been doing two jobs: the paid layer, and your own account list laid over the federal record. Two meanings, one word, on the same page. Your list became your account list, and Intelligence stayed Intelligence.
  • Pro stayed $50, once, across every line you owned.

Since changed. Current pricing is on the Pricing page.

The score learns to follow the money

  • ProxiScore picked up a sixteenth lens. Awards reads public USAspending records, so federal dollars already landing at an account show up as the warm signal they are.
  • Tying a hospital to a federal recipient record is its own special nightmare, so we pointed ProxiMatch at it. If the match is not confident the lens sits out instead of guessing. That happens more often than we would like and it is still the right call.
  • It shipped free. The data is public, and charging you for public data felt rude.

Since changed. Current pricing is on the Pricing page.

The great cleanup

  • Went through every page with a fine-tooth comb and too much coffee. Fixed drifted copy, mislabeled buttons, and a few stray dots that had wandered into paragraphs they were not invited to.
  • Named all six matching algorithms out loud instead of five. The sixth one was doing the work the whole time. It just wanted its name in the credits.
July 2026 · New

Six federal datasets, one afternoon

  • Went data-source hunting and came back with six: surgical-center quality, psychiatric-facility quality, community health center outcomes, nursing-home five-star, college outcomes and funding, and K-12 per-pupil funding.
  • Every one scores an account with nothing to upload, and sits out quietly when the data is not there instead of inventing a number to look busy.
July 2026 · New

Health Centers joins the family

  • Health Centers (FQHCs) is now a full ProxiMed vertical on live HRSA data. That makes five verticals plus Systems.
  • We had "four verticals" hardcoded in about nine places, so adding a fifth was less "ship a feature" and more "find every place we said four and quietly apologize to it."
July 13, 2026 · New

ProxiScore stops being a magic number

  • ProxiScore used to show up with no ID. Now there is a full explainer for every lens: what each measures, where the data comes from, and why one occasionally sits out.
  • Hover any score badge and it explains itself in plain English. The magic is still there. It just files paperwork now.
July 13, 2026 · Update

The fine print, done properly

  • New Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy, written for humans first and lawyers second.
  • Added honest data-source citations and disclaimers across the site. In the offline tools your data still never leaves your browser, and now that is in writing, which is the only kind of promise that counts.
July 12, 2026 · Change

Pricing that fits on a napkin

  • Reworked pricing into four plain pillars: Accounts, Overlays, Add-ons, and one Pro that tied it together.
  • The idea was that you bought only the part you worked. No suite required to reach the good stuff, no quote form, and no call with a rep who needed to understand your needs first.

Since changed. Current pricing is on the Pricing page.

July 8, 2026 · Update

Searches got about a hundred times faster

  • Federal data now syncs into a fast cache once a day, so a territory search that used to take about two minutes takes about one second.
  • Full honesty: the slow part was a government API that answers when it feels like it. We just stopped asking it the same question every single time. You are welcome. Mostly the government is welcome.
July 2026 · New

ProxiMatch learns to spell

  • Six-algorithm matching stack that can look at St. Mary’s, Saint Marys, and ST MARY MED CTR and correctly decide they are the same place.
  • Match, Verify, and Forge in one engine, five confidence tiers, and a golden-record merge that collapses your duplicates into one clean row.
  • The first 500 matches on a whole file were free. The match rate did the closing.

Since changed. Current pricing is on the Pricing page.

ProxiField goes live

  • Hosted ProxiField subscriptions opened: the five field tools online with live maps, drive-time rings, and charts.
  • Checkout to account access worked end to end, which meant the robots were provisioning the robots. We decided to find that reassuring.

Since changed. Current pricing is on the Pricing page.

June 2026 · New

ProxiMed enters early access

  • Healthcare territory on live federal data, built for the one rep working the patch, with account modules and a contract overlay that colors your whole territory in: open, contracted, and competitor-locked.
  • Now you can see who already owns an account before you drive to it.
June 2026 · New

ProxiMap draws the lines

  • A national territory map down to the ZIP, off your own book or an upload. Draw by hand or by area, balance on bed count or account count, and export a plan you can actually hand to a rep.
  • Everything the heavy mapping platforms do, minus the part where you need a procurement cycle to buy it.
June 2026 · Redesign

Site v5

  • Per-product color themes, rebuilt product cards and hub pages, a bigger FAQ, and a cleaner path into the gated tools.
  • This is the version where the site stopped looking like a spreadsheet wearing a suit.
June 2026 · Change

ProxiField goes all-HTML

  • Consolidated the offline tools into self-contained HTML files you download and own. No login, no subscription, and no internet needed once they are on your machine.
  • Retired the old spreadsheet versions, which served honorably and were ready to rest.
